Freya helped me so much, emotionally and mentally. Through our healing sessions, she allowed me to open up freely, without judgement, and helped me to heal exactly what I needed. With the career counselling, she made me realise my self worth and helped me find the confidence to believe in myself. I went to Freya for a number of healing sessions and career counselling sessions. I felt so comfortable talking to Freya; I felt like she really heard me and understood my situation. Talking to her gave me a lot of clarity and her advice (clearly given from a place of experience) was spot on and guided me down the right path for me. The healing felt incredible, I felt all my stresses wash away and felt refreshed and energised. I could feel the warmth, positive energy and genuine care from Freya throughout both the reiki and the counselling. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to talk to for guidance and direction in their careers or for reiki healing to relieve physical, mental or spiritual stresses!
I want to say ‘thank you’ to Freya for the Reiki experience. Having little knowledge about what to expect, Freya soon put me at ease and explained what was involved during the session. As a result I immediately felt relaxed and knew at once that I was in professional and capable hands. The care to which she went to make me feel comfortable was so reassuring. Reiki was a gentle, calm and very pleasant experience. For an older person, many negative energies had undoubtedly built up over time and the calming atmosphere that Freya created made it possible to correct these. Upon leaving my session I genuinely felt as if a weight had been lifted and a lightness of being ensued.
I would most certainly recommend a Reiki session with Freya and look forward to seeing her again very soon.

I had my first Reiki session ever today and I am so glad to have had that with Freya. She is an incredibly kind and warm person, making it so easy to be completely relaxed around her.

I had my first session with Freya and it was absolutely incredible. Freya is so intuitive, she really knew where my challenges and blockages were. The conversation alone was very therapeutic and the reiki was amazing. I’ve never had reiki before but I immediately felt lighter, calmer and my thoughts were clear. I’ve slept well and been seriously productive since that session. I can’t recommend Freya enough, she’s so empathetic, kind and professional. I’ll be back 
Freya is truly a beautiful soul and immediately l felt at ease in her company. This was my first experience of reiki so i was unsure what to expect so I went with an open mind and it really was a great experience and will not be my last! I left feeling so much lighter after letting go of a lot of guilt and stress this has continued since my visit my head feels less busy and I’m feeling much more positive. I have recently seen Freya for a one on one reiki session via zoom! I am based in NZ and when I heard she can effectively perform Reiki healing through zoom I booked in. It was an amazing, calming session. Being at home and relaxing in my own living room helped me switch off and really delve into a relaxed state.

This was my 1st experience of Reiki, I went in with an open mind not knowing what it was all about (I actually thought it was a head massage )
I was made to relax and feel at ease from the word go. As Freya began the process I allowed myself to relax which Is something I never do. I could feel my body becoming warmer as she moved her hands around covering from my head to my feet. It made me so relaxed I had the opportunity to think about my dad who Passed away 8 years ago. I had this sense of believing and could see him clearly in my thoughts. I could feel myself smiling and it brought me a feeling of the only way I can describe is completeness.
After the Reiki healing part I relaxed so much and my anxiety was gone, allowing me to be open and talk about the feeling I was having. I had a single tear as it came to the end but the sense of release came and so did the tears 😭 something that has been locked away inside for all that time for fear of upsetting others around me and trying to hold it together for everyone else as I felt that was what I had to do.
The Oracle insights reading was spot on and it reflected my situation all the way from where I am now to where I can get to with areas to focus on. The feeling of bubbles in my stomach continued for the whole day I felt an overwhelming sense of peace happiness and excitement which continues with me. I am returning for further sessions as I want to explore my anxiety, obsessiveness and worrying issues to help me overcome this and look to a brighter calmer future with the natural remedy reiki offers.

I met with Freya along with my fur baby Theo at her really calm , relaxing space and immediately felt welcomed . Both myself and Theo have suffered a lot lately with anxiety and health problems and felt reiki could really help us both . Theo has lymphoma and has just been through intense chemo which has left him extremely low and anxious, Freya spent so much time with him making him feel relaxed before the healing , he gave himself too her and trusted her completely , he would move himself around and paw her hand where he needed the healing , it was amazing to see , he relaxed into Freya and didn’t want her to stop , you could feel heat coming from Theo and transferring to Freya’s hands. Once his healing was finished he curled up and slept whilst I had my turn .
I have fibromyalgia, severe sleep apnea and hip and back problems, as I revealed this to Freya she got her note book where she had already written where my blocks were and they matched up , I must say I was a little shocked as I had never disclosed this but she knew . I honestly thought Freya would have trouble doing the healing on me as I do not relax, I have medical notes to say sedation and local anesthesia do not work on me . I am a closed book and could feel myself struggling with allowing her to be able to heal me but a few minutes in I could feel the warmth and relaxing of my body , I could feel vibrations and heat and whilst Freya was over my neck area I had an immediate opening of my throat.
After Freya had finished , I was so relaxed my body didn’t want to move , Freya assured me I was ok and to take my time . After a few minutes passed I was able to move and sit up , Freya spent the time to speak with me after and how I felt and how we could continue on our journey .
Since our sessions Theo has been much more full of life and so much more relaxed when we go out in the car , before he would get so anxious thinking we were going for chemo . I feel more relaxed and positive about the future , my throat feels more open and I am starting to be able to sing a bit more .
